Another year with the most amazing chipboard company ever

I am so very excited to learn that I get to stay on with Dusty Attic for another Design Team term, not only do I get to continue using the amazing products I also get to share this journey with some amazingly talented and lovely ladies :)

I am in the middle of moving my scrapbook room so my scrapping has been minimal at the moment but I have created a few layouts to share with you all.

I created this layout using the large shutter window, minus the side shutters

.

I just love these shutters and like so many of the Dusty Attic pieces I have used these on more than one occasion.

I have also use the Dusty Attic  products listed

Beautiful ( Just the way you are )
Leafy Scroll
Large Window with Shutters
Fancy letter box # 2

Cigar Box

I made this Cigar box quite awhile ago but due to magazine publication I couldn't share it with you, however it was in the magazine last month so I thought I might share with you now as I really loved this little box. I actually put a bottle of perfume in it and gave it to my Mother in law, she is my greatest supporter and its always great to share my creations with her as I just know she will cherish them forever.

I painted the box white and decorated it with some gorgeous Prima papers, then added Some Dusty Attic chipboard. I painted my nest white to suit my shabby theme and placed a bird in the nest. I also added a floral cluster, some bling and a handle to the top as well.

Some cards made with Dusty Attic goodness

I create these cards recently and have just had them featured in Australian, cardmaking and Stamping magazine, but can now share them with you. They where covered in my favorite papers by Maja papers and loaded full of Dusty Attic goodness, the chipboard ranges available are awesome for card makers.

I had so much fun making these, and really should make some more sooner rather than later.
Make sure you call past the Dusty Attic blog and check out all the awesome inspiration that is available and if you havn't used the Maja papers yet I suggest you try and get your hands on some, they are seriously adorable :)  Thanks for calling past and happy creating xx

Sharing some older projects

I had a friend tell me that my blog was a tad boring because most of my creations are published these days and I therefore don't get to share a lot, so I figured I would go back and share some of the stuff that has been removed for publications etc

Last April I took my Grand daughter with me on a trip to Canberra and she formed a beautiful friendship with my best friends daughter Mischa, I loved this photo and decided to create a layout and gift it to Mischa to keep as a lasting memory of the friendship they formed.  I have used some amazing Maja papers and of course Dusty Attic Chipboard.

Thanks again for calling past, I love having you join me and your comments mean so very much.
